Episode 38: Coco, the Disaster Artist, and Dave's Dating Disaster

The guys look at prospective future wives for Dave on Plenty of Fish and make the same brutal swipe right/left evaluations that people make every time but lie to each other about never doing. They get both brutal and kind so if you ever wonder how guys minds think in this area this might be the podcast for you. They talk a lot about online dating and how it can work or fail.

Joren saw the Disaster Artist with James Franco and the boys discuss it (he says it's great. A modern Ed Wood according to Joren). Dave saw Coco and loved it but absolutely hated the 22 minute Frozen 2 commercial Disney forced him to watch at the beginning of the movie. For shame, Disney. They get into Joren's bitter inexplicable hatred of great animated movies (or conversely Dave's childish love of cartoons made for children).

The boys wrap up with yet another discussion of the upcoming Star Wars: the Last Jedi and what they can expect from it. As per usual they both expect it to fail but for different reasons. They more or less agree that it is likely to be another clone of a previous Star Wars film. Nevertheless they have bought tickets to two different showings so go figure. You will find their lack of faith disturbing. Enjoy!
