Help my package is missing!

NerdKungFu is proud to offer cheap package insurance through Route, the nations premier package insurer.  This service costs $1.95 for any order up to $100 and 3% for orders over that and if your package goes missing or gets damaged in transit and the shirts are unusable you can put in your claim in minutes and will be re-shipped or re-imbursed rapidly.  If you bought the Route Package Insurance you will get an email from Route with all these details but in summary:

If you got your tracking number and in checking it find that it shows delivery or has been in transit for a longer than expected period of time you can start this process.  Route will want you to wait 48 hours from the marked time of delivery before they will take the claim (most other services are 5 days) so please use that time to check in with your neighbors and family members.  You would be shocked at how often a missing package was picked up by your spouse and dropped behind the couch.

After 48 hours log into the Route Claims Page.  You do not need your tracking number to make a claim.  Simply use the email address that was used to place the order and your order number (found on the confirmation from both NerdKungFu and Route).  Answer a few simple questions like what is missing or damaged and if you want a replacement sent or a refund.  Route approves the majority of claims in very short order and you will get your wishes met rapidly.  If you have trouble finding our order number please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If you did not purchase the Package Insurance please contact our customer service and we will help you sort out what is going on.  Note that Route cannot help you with normal exchanges or returns.

How do I return or exchange an item?

At customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  Shirt wrong size?  Color doesn't go well with your skin?  Decided after ordering but before receiving that you no longer love that show or movie?  We are happy to take it back.

(Please note-all sale shirts sales are final (except in the case of defective product) so please be sure of your size before ordering)

All such returns need to be unworn, clean, and resellable.  Shirts with food and drink stains, smell of cigarettes, or are covered with cat or dog dander are not returnable so please make sure you get the shirts back to us unworn ASAP.  Of course trying on a shirt for sizing is completely expected but wearing it out for a night or two is an issue.  

In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective product please snap a photo of the damage along with the graphic of the shirt and send that with your request.  This helps us coordinate the replacement product with our printer and get it to you as soon as possible.  

Simply contact customer service via phone or email for an RA number.  Pack your unused item back in its original packaging (if possible).  Please include your original packing slip or include your order number.  It would be best if you returned it using a trackable shipping method.  If possible, please write a note on the packing slip describing the reason for returning the item.  This is for our own improvement process and will not in any way affect the processing of your return.  Ship your return here:

If you would like an exchange for a different size or similarly priced item please note it in the package or by contacting customer service ahead of time.  If not your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours of our receipt of your return.  Feel free to contact us at any time regarding any questions or issues.  Note-damaged, mis-shipped or defective returns are typically processed for a full refund no questions asked and often times can result in you keeping the incorrect or damaged item and receiving a new one.  Be sure to talk to us in these cases.
