Star Trek T-Shirt - United Federation of Planets

Naturally, there is a website dedicated to the United Federation of Planets. It is a big fan site. Actually, there is another site calling itself the United Federation of Planets, but I think the first one looks more up to date. Also, since the Federation is all about getting along with each other (the one aspect of the Star Trek universe that kind of bugged me. Personally I think the Terran Empire was not necessarily a bad idea. Seems like most of science fiction is about aliens either helping or conquering us. I like the rare story were it is humans more or less conquering the universe) I doubt they would have any issues with each other.

The initials UFP, by the way, stand for a ton of companies and organization, none of which were remotely interesting (except for some kind of Portuguese educational organization, but that was only because the page had a really cute girl on it) but for some reason UFP in Google came up with this Spice Girls video. Not sure if I see the connection. The Spice Girls are kind of annoying but somehow weirdly attractive. I think it's because they seem attainable, if you know what I mean (yes, I watched the video all the way through. Everyone needs to do something embarrassing periodically to keep them humble).

Anyway, this shirt has already proved to be popular. I plan to bring it with me to the big Star Trek Convention in August.
