- Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within the United States.
- How long will it take to get my order?
Most shirts are printed to order and take approximately 2–5 business days to produce. Some items may take up to 7 business days, especially around holidays.
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Please note: These shipping estimates begin after production is complete.
- Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive tracking numbers by email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each will have its own tracking number.
- Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items are printed and shipped by different facilities. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number and depending on the printer may have shipped within different time windows.
- How are posters shipped?
Posters are shipped rolled in rigid 24" triangular mailers—not rolled in tubes. We’ve found this method protects them better from bending or damage.
- Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right. For sizing issues or other concerns, please reach out within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us page.
- What is Route Shipping Protection?
Route is an optional service available at checkout. It protects your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you do not add Route and your package is lost or damaged, our ability to replace or refund the item may be limited.
- Still need help?
Reach out via our Contact Us page. You’ll hear back from an actual human—one who probably owns dice with more than six sides.
- What if I wear my shirt and suddenly gain +3 charisma?
That’s working as intended.
- Can I wear these shirts to a job interview?
Only if the job involves saving the galaxy, slaying dragons, or arguing over who shot first.
- Do I need to roll for initiative before placing an order?
Nope—we’ve removed all random encounters from checkout. (But if your cart disappears mysteriously, it was probably a mimic.)
- Is NerdKungFu a real martial art?
Yes. It mostly involves dodging social interaction and throwing down in comment sections.
