1. Orders and Availability

   All orders are subject to availability. Most of our products are printed on demand and may take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Orders may be canceled or delayed due to stock issues, supplier changes, or other unplanned disruptions. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.

2. Payment Terms

   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. NerdKungFu.com does not store your credit card information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

   We currently ship only within the United States. Production time is separate from shipping time, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or natural disasters, but we will do our best to help if something goes wrong.

4. Returns and Refunds

   We want you to love your shirt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. For other issues (like sizing), we’ll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return. 5. Product Descriptions and Images

   We do our best to describe products accurately and display images clearly, but we can’t guarantee colors will look exactly the same on all screens. Some product details, like fabric blends or tag styles, may vary slightly depending on the printing partner.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content on NerdKungFu.com—including logos, product designs, artwork, and text—is owned by NerdKungFu or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute anything from this site without permission. Respect the nerd craft.

7. Limitation of Liability

   We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

8. User Conduct

   Don’t use our website for anything shady, illegal, or disruptive. We reserve the right to cancel orders or block access if someone’s acting like a villain.

9. Modifications

   We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site means you agree to the updated terms.
