1. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our shirts are printed to order and typically require 4–5 business days for production.

After production is complete:

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping estimates refer only to transit time after production is complete.

3. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is typically sent automatically by email once your order ships.

If your order ships in multiple packages, each package may have its own tracking number.

4. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Some items may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times.

Don't worry—it's usually just your shirts taking separate side quests before reaching the same destination.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes.

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be clean and in resalable condition.

6. What is Route Shipping Protection?

Route is an optional service available at checkout that provides protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If Route is declined and a package is lost or damaged, replacement or reimbursement options may be limited.

7. How do I contact customer service?

A real human will respond. Usually one who has strong opinions about at least one fictional universe.

8. How do I master the art of fandom?

Years of dedication, questionable spending decisions, and at least one heated argument about canon.

A NerdKungFu shirt won't complete the journey, but it certainly won't hurt.

9. What if nobody gets the reference on my shirt?

Give it time.

The right nerd will find you.

Also do you really want to talk to someone who doesn't get the reference?

10. What if I wear my shirt and suddenly gain +3 Charisma?

That's working as intended.

11. Can I wear these shirts to a job interview?

Only if the job involves saving the galaxy, slaying dragons, hunting ghosts, or arguing over who shot first.

12. Do I need to roll for initiative before placing an order?

Nope. We've removed all random encounters from checkout.

If your cart mysteriously disappears, however, it was probably a mimic.

13. Do nerds come in larger sizes?

Absolutely.

Great fandom knows no size limit, and neither should a great t-shirt.

14. Is NerdKungFu a real martial art?

Yes.

It mostly involves dodging social interaction, defending unpopular opinions, and throwing down in comment sections.

15. Kirk or Picard?

Dave will die in the Kirk hill and maintains that all Picard fans are not really Trekkers.

That said Picard was probably the better captain.
