Released more than 35 years ago, The Breakfast club is more than just a typical high school movie. This film goes beyond time and still continues to be relevant today. It is a story of five unique individuals who spent their one fine Saturday inside their campus library writing an essay about “who you think you are.” They all complained about the punishment for being “excessive”, but little did they know that punishment would change their lives for the better. Although they weren’t able to write an essay individually, it was Brian “the brainy” who wrote a collective essay for them as per instruction of Claire.
