It has been thirty six years since the first chapter of the Rambo series reached the theaters, with Sylvester Stallone playing as John Rambo, the muscle headed United States Special Action Forces veteran. The Rambo series has a total of five installments: First Blood (1982), First Blood Part II (1985), Rambo III (1988), Rambo (2008), and Rambo: Last Blood (2019). The story follows the life of John Rambo who is a special action forces veteran for the US, who fought for his country and his life during the Vietnam War. Being a Special Action Forces veteran, this traumatized him but also gave him superior and favorable military skills. He used these skills to fight enemy troops, corrupt police officers, and drug cartels.
Did you know that the sequel to First Blood was initially titled as First Blood II: The Mission? This was written by James Cameron who also simultaneously wrote the scripts for Terminator and Aliens.
