Twister Retro Fashion Icon Tank Top

This Retro Fashion Icon design comes from Twister, the Hasbro game that has been putting people on the floor in awkward positions since 1966. Twister was inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame in 2015, alongside the sort of company it keeps: the puppet, the ball and the cardboard box. Retailers hated it at first. Sears refused to carry it, and competitors complained loudly that it was indecent, describing it in the trade press as sex in a box. The game very nearly died on the shelf in its first months.
