Shipping and Deliveries

At NerdKungFu.com, we're hardcore about nerdy shirts—and committed to getting them to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.

Production Time

Most of our shirts are printed to order, either in-house or by trusted fulfillment partners.

Production typically takes 4-5 business days, depending on the product and current production volume. During the holiday season (November-December), production times may be longer due to increased demand.

Production times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, or other circumstances outside our control. 

Shipping Options

Once your order has been produced, it ships using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping may be fulfilled using USPS Ground Advantage, DHL, or another carrier selected by our fulfillment partners.

Typical transit time: 3-7 business days

Please note: Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information is typically sent automatically by email once your package ships.

Important

The shipping estimates shown at checkout refer only to transit time after production is complete.

Because our products are printed to order, production time must be added to the carrier's delivery estimate. An order with a 1–3 day shipping estimate will not arrive within 1–3 days of purchase unless production has already been completed.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in more than one shipment if different items are fulfilled by different facilities.

If that happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each package.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Route Shipping Protection

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit and offers a simple claims process if something goes wrong.

Route Shipping Protection is optional but recommended.

Customers who decline Route may still contact us regarding shipping issues; however, claims involving lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages may be subject to carrier policies and may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.
