Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your shirt doesn't fit quite right, the color isn't what you expected, or you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to work with you on a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. Items showing signs of wear, staining, pet hair, smoke odor, damage, excessive wrinkling, or other misuse may not be eligible for return.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Before returning an item, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or appears to have been misprinted

Providing photos helps us process your request more quickly and allows us to work directly with our printing partners when manufacturing issues occur.

Once your return request has been approved, securely package the item and include your order number whenever possible.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have a printing error, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos showing:

  • The entire product
  • The affected area
  • Any packaging damage (if applicable)

In many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring the item to be returned.

Replacement requests are subject to review and approval. To ensure we can properly investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, damaged, defective, or misprinted items should be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to process exchanges for unworn merchandise, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement item, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is required because of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the returned item to be received, inspected, and processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been issued.
