Trick 'r Treat Movie Poster T-Shirt

This Movie Poster design comes from Trick 'r Treat, the 2007 anthology that treats the rules of Halloween as binding law and kills the people who break them. The cast is deeper than the budget suggests: Anna Paquin, Brian Cox, Dylan Baker and Leslie Bibb, with Quinn Lord playing Sam under the mask. Trick 'r Treat was written and directed by Michael Dougherty and released in 2007. It weaves four Halloween stories together in one night in Warren Valley, Ohio, and the structure is the point: characters wander through each other stories, and a death in one segment is background scenery in another.

A sequel was announced more than a decade after release, driven entirely by the films afterlife on video and streaming. The film had no real theatrical release. Warner Premiere sent it straight to home video in 2009 despite festival acclaim, and its whole reputation was built by word of mouth.
