This Great Galaxies design comes from Space Ghost Coast to Coast, the show that took a forgotten 1966 superhero, sat him behind a talk show desk, and accidentally invented Adult Swim. The show ran from 1994 to 2008 and became the seed of Adult Swim. The sensibility it established, cheap animation plus deadpan absurdity plus contempt for the format, runs straight through Sealab, Aqua Teen, Harvey Birdman and everything after.

Zorak and Moltar were both Space Ghost villains in the 1966 series. Coast to Coast reassigned them to the band and the control booth without explanation, and never brought it up again.
