This Flat Logo design comes from Shazam!, the film about a fourteen year old foster kid who says a word and turns into an adult superhero with none of the judgement to go with it. The name is an acronym for the elders whose powers he carries: Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles and Mercury. That list has been part of the character since 1940. Fury of the Gods followed in 2023 with the Daughters of Atlas as antagonists, and leaned harder on the mythology and on the foster family all having powers.

SHAZAM is an acronym: Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles and Mercury, the six elders whose powers Billy Batson receives. The character was originally called Captain Marvel and outsold Superman in the 1940s, before a trademark dispute forced the change.
