This Philly 1976 design comes from Rocky, the 1976 film a broke actor wrote in three and a half days because nobody would give him a part worth having. Bill Conti wrote Gonna Fly Now on a small budget with a small orchestra, and it went to number one. It is probably the most recognisable training music ever recorded, and it was nearly replaced before release. Three sequels follow here. Rocky II in 1979 gives him the rematch, Rocky III in 1982 brings in Clubber Lang and Survivor doing Eye of the Tiger, and Rocky IV in 1985 sends him to Russia against Ivan Drago in the most cartoonish and most quoted entry of the lot.

Gonna Fly Now by Bill Conti reached number one, recorded with a far smaller orchestra than it sounds like. The Philadelphia Museum of Art steps were an ordinary staircase before the film and are now a tourist destination. This one is printed on a white unisex sweatshirt in sizes S through 3XL. Sizes run deep, with plus sizes and Tall fits on the core tee.
