RoboCop Robo Neon V-Neck T-Shirt

This Robo Neon design comes from RoboCop, the 1987 film about a murdered Detroit cop rebuilt as corporate property, sold as an action movie and delivered as satire. Verhoeven is Dutch and read the script as an American Jesus story: a man killed, resurrected, and walking on water in the final act. He has said the religious framing was deliberate. The three Prime Directives are the spine of the plot, and the fourth, classified one is the reveal that the corporation wrote itself an exemption.

The fake commercials cut into the film advertise the 6000 SUX car and a board game called Nukem, and they are doing most of the satirical work. Omni Consumer Products, OCP, owns the Detroit police force in the film, and its octagonal logo is the most reproduced piece of design from the whole franchise. This one is printed on a black unisex v-neck t-shirt in sizes S through 2XL. A solid pick for anyone who noticed the film was a satire the whole time.
