Mortal Kombat Klassic Scorpion Tank Top

This Scorpion design comes from Mortal Kombat Klassic, the fighting series that made arcades flinch in 1992 and has been raising the bar for gore, lore and finishing moves ever since. The 1993 congressional hearings over game violence were aimed squarely at Mortal Kombat, and the direct result was the ESRB rating system that still sits on every box today. Few games can claim to have rewritten the rules of their own industry.

The blood in the arcade original was locked behind a code, and the home Genesis version needed the ABACABB cheat to turn it on. The SNES release shipped without it and sold noticeably worse. This one is printed on a black unisex tank top in sizes S through 2XL. Officially licensed and printed on heavyweight cotton, built for more than one tournament.
