Major League 99 Pullover Hoodie

This 99 design comes from Major League, the 1989 comedy about a Cleveland team assembled specifically to lose — and far too stubborn to cooperate. Major League came out in 1989 with a premise built for spite: an owner wants the team to finish last so she can move it, so she stocks the roster with washouts, convicts and has-beens. They work it out. Barely.

Juuuust a bit outside was improvised by Bob Uecker, a former catcher turned broadcaster, and it has since become genuine baseball vernacular used by people who have never seen the film. This one is printed on a white unisex sweatshirt in sizes S through 3XL. Sizes run deep, with plus sizes and Tall fits on the core tee.
