Dubble Bubble Splat Gum Crewneck Sweatshirt

This Splat Gum design comes from Dubble Bubble, the gum that got its pink colour because it was the only food dye the factory had on hand. Dubble Bubble was invented in 1928 by Walter Diemer, an accountant at the Fleer Chewing Gum Company who was experimenting with gum recipes on his own time. The company also produced Razzles, sold on the line that it is first a candy and then a gum, and Nik-L-Nip, the wax bottles filled with syrup that you bite the top off and drink.

Dubble Bubble was invented in 1928 by an accountant, Walter Diemer. Bubble gum is pink because pink was the only dye in the factory. This one is printed on a black unisex sweatshirt in sizes S through 3XL.
