The Police

Three players, no wasted notes. The Police built their sound on tension and space, and these designs keep that same economy. Ghost in the Machine, the 1982 tour dates, Sync Inverted, Japan 80, the monochrome and black-and-white shades that matched the music's cool restraint. If you learned every bassline and knew when the silence mattered, these Police shirts already speak your language.

Why did the members have their trademark bleached-blond hair?
