Riverdale ran on The CW for seven seasons, from January 26, 2017 to August 23, 2023. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa developed it from the Archie Comics characters, turning Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jughead's small town into a murder mystery, with KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes and Cole Sprouse in the leads.
