The Smurfs Generic Smurf Head T-Shirt

This Generic Smurf Head design comes from The Smurfs, the small blue villagers Belgian cartoonist Peyo invented in 1958 and who have since survived comics, Saturday mornings and several feature films. Hanna-Barbera brought them to American television in 1981 and ran them for nine seasons. That series is where most people met Papa Smurf, Brainy, Grouchy, Handy, Vanity and the rest of the village.

The original French name, Schtroumpf, was a nonsense word Peyo blurted out when he could not think of the word for salt while eating with a fellow cartoonist. This one is printed on a turquoise unisex t-shirt in sizes S through 3XL. Officially licensed and printed on heavyweight cotton.
