The Nun Gaze T-Shirt

This Gaze design comes from The Nun, the 2018 Conjuring Universe film that took a background figure from a sequel and built an entire abbey around her. Almost all of it was shot in Romania, much of it at Corvin Castle in Hunedoara, a genuine fifteenth century fortress that needed very little help to look like a cursed abbey. Valak did not start here. The figure was created for The Conjuring 2 and added during reshoots, after test audiences wanted a stronger presence at the centre of that film. She worked so well that the studio built a standalone picture around a character who had been an afterthought.

Bonnie Aarons plays Valak under extensive prosthetics, and she also played the figure in The Conjuring 2. Valak was not in the original plan for the franchise. The character was invented for The Conjuring 2 and added in reshoots, then given a film of her own. This one is printed on a black unisex t-shirt in sizes S through 6XL. Sizes run deep, with plus sizes and Tall fits on the core tee.
