The Iron Giant Look to the Stars T-Shirt

This Look to the Stars design comes from The Iron Giant, the 1999 animated film about a boy who finds a fifty-foot weapon from space and teaches it that it does not have to be one. The Iron Giant was released in 1999, directed by Brad Bird from a 1968 story by the poet Ted Hughes. Warner Bros. barely marketed it and it lost money on release, then found its audience on video and never let go.

The Giant was rendered in CGI while everything around him was drawn by hand, and the team deliberately added imperfections so he would not look too clean beside the painted backgrounds. This one is printed on a black unisex t-shirt in sizes S through 6XL. Sizes run deep, with plus sizes and Tall fits on the core tee.
