This Picard La Sirena design comes from Star Trek: Picard, which found Jean-Luc two decades on, retired to the family vineyard and not at all at peace with it. Its backstory is the Romulan supernova from the 2009 film: Picard led the evacuation effort, it failed, and he resigned from Starfleet over it. Picard's dog, a pit bull, is named Number One - the same thing he called Riker for seven seasons.
