St Patrick's Day O'Shay's Irish Pub T-Shirt

This O'Shay's Irish Pub design is for St Patrick's Day, the feast day that turned into the most enthusiastically borrowed national holiday on earth. The colour of the day was originally blue. A shade still called St Patrick's blue appears on old Irish regalia, and green only took over later, helped along by the shamrock and by nationalist symbolism. The shamrock legend says Patrick used the three leaves to explain the Trinity. It does not appear in anything he wrote and shows up in the record centuries afterwards.

St Patrick was born in Roman Britain, not Ireland. The earliest St Patrick's Day parades were held in North America. This one is printed on a kelly green unisex t-shirt in sizes S through 4XL.
