Spongebob Squarepants Pineapple Under the Sea Crewneck Sweatshirt

This Pineapple Under the Sea design comes from SpongeBob SquarePants, the show a marine biologist made about a sea sponge who fries burgers, which somehow became one of the longest running cartoons ever put on television. SpongeBob SquarePants premiered on Nickelodeon in May 1999, created by Stephen Hillenburg, who was a marine biology teacher before he was an animator. Hillenburg wrote and drew an educational comic called The Intertidal Zone for his marine biology students. The characters in it became the direct ancestors of the show.
