South Park Mr. Hankey Howdy Ho Christmas Wreath T-Shirt

This Mr. Hankey Howdy Ho Christmas Wreath design comes from South Park, the Comedy Central series that has been made out of construction paper, or something that looks like it, since 1997 and shows no sign of stopping.
