This Movie Logo design comes from Shazam! Fury of the Gods, the 2023 sequel that brought in the Daughters of Atlas and gave the whole foster family powers. Shazam! was released in 2019, directed by David F. Sandberg, and is the rare superhero film that plays its premise entirely straight as a comedy. Billy Batson is a fourteen year old foster kid who says a word and becomes an adult superhero, and the film is mostly about a teenager with no idea what to do with that. Mark Strong plays Doctor Sivana, whose power comes from the Seven Deadly Sins, rendered in the film as seven distinct monsters. Tawky Tawny, a talking tiger from the comics, turns up too.

Tawky Tawny, the talking tiger, comes straight from the 1940s comics and appears in the film as a nod to them. David F. Sandberg came from horror, having directed Lights Out and Annabelle: Creation, which is why the Sins sequences are genuinely frightening.
