It was made for roughly a million dollars in twenty eight days and took more than two hundred million worldwide. It won Best Picture, Best Director and Best Film Editing, beating Taxi Driver and Network in the same year. The steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art were not a landmark before this film. Mr. T was a bodyguard working in Chicago when he was cast as Clubber Lang. Survivor wrote Eye of the Tiger for Rocky III after Queen refused to license Another One Bites the Dust.
