This Arms Crossed design comes from Rocky, the 1976 film a broke actor wrote in three and a half days because nobody would give him a part worth having. Rocky was released in 1976, directed by John G. Avildsen, and written by Sylvester Stallone in about three and a half days after he watched Chuck Wepner last fifteen rounds with Muhammad Ali. Studios wanted the script badly and wanted Stallone nowhere near it. He refused every offer that did not cast him, at a point when he had almost no money at all. Talia Shire plays Adrian, Burt Young plays Paulie, Burgess Meredith is Mickey and Carl Weathers is Apollo Creed, a showman built openly on Muhammad Ali. Weathers had played professional football and had barely acted, and he auditioned opposite Stallone without knowing Stallone had written the part.

Survivor wrote Eye of the Tiger for Rocky III after Queen refused to license Another One Bites the Dust. In Rocky IV, Dolph Lundgren hit Stallone hard enough during filming that Stallone spent time in intensive care. This one is printed on a black unisex sweatshirt in sizes S through 4XL.
