This Repeating Logo design comes from Pet Sematary, the Stephen King story about a burial ground that gives things back — not quite the way they went in. Stephen King wrote Pet Sematary in 1983 and reportedly found it so bleak he put the manuscript in a drawer, only publishing it later to settle a contract. It is still the book people name when they argue about which King novel is the nastiest.

The Ramones wrote the title track for the film, and Pet Sematary went on to become one of the band's most played later songs. Dee Dee Ramone reportedly started it while at King's house.
