Operation Cavity Sam T-Shirt

This Cavity Sam design comes from Operation, the buzzing tabletop surgery game that has been testing steady hands and shredding nerves since 1965. Operation is a game about a man with a light-bulb nose and a dozen absurd ailments, and about your inability to hold a pair of tweezers steady. The buzzer does the rest. It has been in production for sixty years on essentially that one idea.

Operation was invented by a university student, John Spinello, as a class project. He sold the rights outright for about five hundred dollars and never received royalties from a game that went on to sell in the tens of millions. This one is printed on a silver unisex t-shirt in sizes S through 3XL. Sizes run deep, with plus sizes and Tall fits on the core tee.
