Christmas Team Rudolph Crewneck Sweatshirt

This Team Rudolph design is for Christmas, the holiday that absorbed every custom it ever met and kept going. December 25 is not a birth date anyone recorded. It was fixed centuries later, and the early church argued about the date for a long time before settling. Puritan authorities in both England and New England banned Christmas observance in the seventeenth century, and Boston kept a ban on it for decades.

Rudolph was invented in 1939 for a Montgomery Ward giveaway booklet. A Visit from St Nicholas gave Santa his sleigh and reindeer in 1823. This one is printed on a white unisex sweatshirt in sizes S through 3XL.
