Risk
Risk was invented by a film director. Albert Lamorisse, who made the Oscar-winning short The Red Balloon, designed it in 1957 as La Conquete du Monde — The Conquest of the World — and Parker Brothers picked it up and simplified the rules two years later.
It is the game that taught a generation that holding Australia is worth more than holding Asia, and that a game can reasonably last until someone's parents intervene.
Shop officially licensed Risk t-shirts featuring the classic logo and the game's world-conquest artwork. Plus size tees run up to 6XL with Tall fits available, so there is a comfortable fit for every commander who fortified Australia.
