Cootie

Cootie was created by Herbert Schaper, a Minneapolis mail carrier who whittled the first bugs by hand, and his company W.H. Schaper Manufacturing released it in 1949.

You roll the die to earn the parts in order: a body first, then a head, then antennae, eyes, a proboscis and six legs. The first complete bug wins.
