The Princess Bride Miracle Max T-Shirt

This Miracle Max design comes from The Princess Bride, Rob Reiner's 1987 fencing-and-fairy-tale comedy that flopped politely in cinemas and then became one of the most quoted films ever made. William Goldman wrote the 1973 novel and then adapted his own screenplay, keeping the joke that the book is an abridgement of a much duller volume by a made-up author called S. Morgenstern. That framing is why the film has a grandfather reading it aloud, and why it gets away with narrating its own romance.

Cary Elwes and Mandy Patinkin trained for months and performed nearly all of their own fencing, learning the duel left-handed AND right-handed so it could be shot from either side.
