This The Mr. Garrison design comes from South Park, the Comedy Central series that has been made out of construction paper, or something that looks like it, since 1997 and shows no sign of stopping. Four fourth-graders in a Colorado mountain town remain the centre of it: Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny.
