Shazam! Tiger Bolt Long Sleeve T-Shirt

This Tiger Bolt design comes from Shazam!, the film about a fourteen year old foster kid who says a word and turns into an adult superhero with none of the judgement to go with it. Fury of the Gods followed in 2023 with the Daughters of Atlas as antagonists, and leaned harder on the mythology and on the foster family all having powers. Shazam! was released in 2019, directed by David F. Sandberg, and is the rare superhero film that plays its premise entirely straight as a comedy. Billy Batson is a fourteen year old foster kid who says a word and becomes an adult superhero, and the film is mostly about a teenager with no idea what to do with that.

David F. Sandberg came from horror, having directed Lights Out and Annabelle: Creation, which is why the Sins sequences are genuinely frightening.
