Rugrats Est 1991 Youth/Toddler T-Shirt

This Est 1991 design comes from Rugrats, the Nickelodeon series that took the world at knee height and treated a trip to the back garden as an expedition. The conceit is simple and holds up completely: the babies can talk to each other but not to adults, so every ordinary household event becomes an epic misunderstanding. A vacuum cleaner is a monster.
