Rocky IV was a decent movie, but Drago is one of the best antagonists ever.  I have a friend who plays Flames of War and has a huge Soviet army.  He wears this shirt every time he plays it.  I imagine it would be inspiring (or intimidating, depending on which side of the table you are standing on).  

Of course, when you combine the name Rocky with a Russian accent there is only one answer: the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show.  When I first moved to the Bay Area I dated a Russian girl.  She grew up in the US and spoke perfect English, but could turn on the accent at will.  Once in a while I would get her to say "We have to get moose and squirrel!" and then laugh my ass off (she never really got the joke, which might have been a contributing factor to her dumping me.  At least in this case I have an actual reason).  But what great characters.  Old cartoons had the best cartoon villain names too.  Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale.  Awesome.

I tried hard to find a Boris and Natasha soundboard, but no one has been cool enough to create one yet.  Instead, I'll link this commercial they did back in 1995 featuring the Energizer Bunny.  

Anyway, cool shirt and cool character.  By the way, in Russian Ivan Drago is Иван Драго.  This movie was also the most financially successful of the Rocky movies.  I guess jingoism pays.
