Adam Reed and Matt Thompson took the existing animation, cut it up, and recorded entirely new dialogue over it. The visual style is pure seventies Hanna-Barbera, flat and bright and slightly stiff, which is exactly what makes the designs work as prints. It is the sort of thing Captain Murphy shouts, and it ended up on merchandise because that is what people quoted.
