It is a 1990 American psychological horror drama miniseries based on the 1986 novel by the author Stephen King. The story revolves around the Lucky Seven or The Losers Club, a group of outcast kids who discover Pennywise the Dancing Clown and vow to kill him by any means. The miniseries occurred in two different periods - the first period is when The Losers club first confronted Pennywise as kids in 1960, and the second period is when they returned as adults in 1990 to kill him a second time after he reappeared.
Did you know that it took forever to apply Curry’s clown makeup in the miniseries It? In an on-set interview, Curry revealed that it took three hours to apply his makeup. One of his co-stars, Annette O’Toole who played Beverly Marsh confirmed that Curry had to spend a lot of time in the make-up chair and it was crazy.
