Also known as The Pickers, American Pickers is a reality television show which debuted on the History Channel. Produced by A&E Television Networks, the show focuses on Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, two collectors who work on picking out antiques. The pair travel around the nation, searching for rare objects. Sometimes, the items are resold or delivered to clients, while other times they save the items for their own personal use. When they first got started, Wolfe and Fritz used a Mercedes Sprinter van, but now they are more commonly spotted using a Ford Transit. Wolfe has a business called Antique Archaeology, and it is based out of LeClaire, Iowa and Nashville, Tennessee. Fritz runs his own shop called Frank Fritz Finds, which is based in Savanna, Illinois.
