Wonder Woman's bracelets are apparently made of Amazonium, a near indestructible material. I remember an episode of the Wonder Woman TV show show when Nazis captured the entire island (the took out the Amazons with sleeping gas) and planed to use the metal to make tanks and so on. The were collecting all the bracelets. At the time even I remember they had a bag about the size of a large dog full of Amazonium bracelets and I wondered how they would make even one tank out of such a small amount. Then I thought "If the metal is indestructible, how are they supposed to melt it and reform it into a tank or whatever?"
By the way, I just looked around (and probably ended up on some kind of FBI watch list) but there is no such thing as sleep gas that doesn't have other horrible side effects. Purely fictional.
The other big question I always had about Wonder Woman has to do with her invisible jet. If the jet is invisible, how exactly does she land it anywhere? Jets require actual landing fields, and I doubt she could get air traffic control to clear the entire flight path. Seems like a huge flight danger.
Also, later it turned out Wonder Woman could fly. Why then did she need a jet? Here is an Invisible Jet article that tries to address the question, but I don't know.
The jet is invisible but Wonder Woman is not. Any problem with that?
