I think I burned out all my inspiration doing the other trailer trash t-shirts. Instead, let's talk about something that is of extreme interest to trailer trash: tornadoes.

I found a pretty terrible video, but it's from a newscast and killed a bunch of people. I don't like linking stuff that actually shows people getting killed, so I will hold off. Instead I found this really weird video that I think is a Korean insurance commercial or something. Strange.

I found this other news report about a tornado stealing a man’s hamburger. Life is weird.

You know, I have lived in California pretty much all my life. Every year I get a certain amount of crap from my friends across the country about earthquakes, especially when I go to my day job sales meeting, which is coming up next month in Vail, Co. I can say, however, that I have never seen a tornado hit out here and have successfully been through hundreds of earthquakes without a single house falling down on me. I think I would rather deal with the chance of an earthquake than live in Tornado Alley and deal with this stuff every year. Besides, eventually everything East of the Rockies will fall into the Atlantic, I like to believe.

This shirt is funny, but I don't know if it really has an actual bearing. If you live in a trailer park and are trash than you are pretty much 100% trailer trash. I don't know if you can truly isolate the discrete elements composing one's social status. Might be a cool iPhone app.

While tornadoes actually happen all over the world, the vast majority of them happen in the US. I have some European friends and they never seem to get how series they can be. Most of them think of them as weird weather phenomenons rather than the whirling funnel of death that they really are. This is the sort of thing that is really only learned the hard way. Here is a link to the worst tornado in history, which wrecked a big piece of the Midwest.

Weird. My research has shown that most tornadoes travel northeast. What is up with that? I don't understand why that works. On the other hand, that is really good information to have. If a tornado starts southwest of you get in your car and drive like hell.

Wow this is freaking cool. They guy is trying to create artificial tornadoes using waste heat from conventional power plants to make even more energy. It looks like it would really work. I love stuff like that, and hate the fact that we aren't already using it. Also, I think it would look super cool. When I am building my evil death fortress (part of my master plan to conquer the world) I am definitely using that. Maybe there is a way to use it to knock down aircraft that gets to close too. Suck it, James Bond.
