Vader and Stormtroopers.  The three coolest characters in the series have plastic helmets covering their faces (the third being Boba Fett).  If you want to be a Stormtrooper there are two steps: watch "Troops" on youtube, and then make yourself a suit of armor.  You can learn how to make the armor here:

Just do me a favor and don't make a suit unless you are of reasonable height.  Nothing will make me want to beat you to death with a crowbar like driving the whole "Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper?" joke into the dirt.  Thanks
