This one is good but I think it would be better if it were the Red Shirt with a spear/phazer burn/bullet hole/alien bloodsucker on the chest and the words "Dead Man Walking" on the back.  I found this Red Shirt video on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVduvWTxQ5w .  It's pretty funny, and has some good lines ("No matter what they say, ALWAYS put your phaser on kill"), but if you are trying to be a crewman from the Enterprise get a haircut, you hipster jackass.  I admit the fat one is funny, but those purposely disheveled hairstyles always bugs the hell out of me.  Kirk doesn't put up with that kind of crap on his ship, mister.
