I would build a house and learn how to make sushi.  My real problem is I would need an island close to a major city so I could enjoy the urban life too.  What I really need is an island and a way to teleport from my island to the city instantly.  If you are interested in learning how to teleport here is an interesting article from Time magazine on teleportation:
