This show rules.  The music is all written and performed by Brendan Small, one of the show creators.  If that name sounds familiar, than you have watched Home Movies, another show he worked on that I like a lot.  Don't think that show translates well into t shirts though.  Anyway, Brendan has obviously enjoyed much greater success with Metalocalypse.  

The other thing that rules about this show is that, as "cool" as the band members are, the show is obviously done by complete nerds.  If you don't believe me take a look at this Metalacalypse staff photo.



Another thing that is cool about this show is they use Mark Hamill for some of their voices, including Senator Stampingston.
